Johnson & Johnson in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a Senior Specialist, Source-to-Contract, Americas to lead and optimize S2C delivery across the region. You will work with business units and category teams to execute sourcing and contracting aligned with global strategies.

Key responsibilities include mentoring analysts, managing sourcing events, negotiating terms, drafting contracts, and driving automation and AI initiatives while ensuring compliance with SLAs and policies.

Formación

• 4–6 years in Procurement, Finance, or related field.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
• Fluency in English; Portuguese language skills preferred for regional coverage.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and collaborate with a team of Source-to-Contract analysts.
• Manage day-to-day Source-to-Contract operations including sourcing, price and contract terms negotiation, drafting and execution, and stakeholder management to meet SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in assigned areas.
• Support automation and AI initiatives; act as product owner for S2C tools; gather requirements, prioritize, test, and roll out enhancements.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key business partners to understand and influence needs.
• Partner with Category Procurement, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Security to align sourcing with strategy, data privacy, cybersecurity and regulatory needs.
• Support data privacy and governance: gather, document, and translate data needs and controls.

Job Description:

Senior Specialist, Source-to-Contract, Americas

The Senior Specialist, Source-to-Contract, will ensure that the Service Delivery Procurement Source-to-Contract organization delivers results in support of the Global Services, One Procurement and Johnson & Johnson business strategy and objectives. The role works directly with the business, category procurement teams, and the broader function. Additionally, you contribute to and own the operational execution of prioritized category strategy implementations, sourcing and contracting cases, and other critical functional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and collaborate amongst a team of Source-to-Contract analysts
• Conducts the day-to-day operations of the Source-to-Contract function, including sourcing event management, price and other contract terms negotiaton, contract drafting and execution, and stakeholder management activities, responsibility for delivering based upon the agreed SLAs and ensuring policy and legal compliance
• Drive continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in assigned areas of responsibility
• Support development and implementation of automation and AI (Artificial Intelligence) initiatives within assigned areas of responsibility; act as product owner for S2C tools and AI features; gather requirements, prioritize, test, and roll out enhancements.
• Create Value by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key business partners and peers with a view to proactively understanding and constructively influence their needs and expectations
• Partner with Category Procurement teams, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Security, and other relevant functions to align sourcing and contracts with category strategy, data privacy, cybersecurity and regulatory needs.
• Support digital requirements discipline: gather, document, and translate data needs, data quality, data lineage, integration points and privacy/security controls.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent University degree is required

An MBA or further advanced degree is preferred

Experience and Skills

Required:

• 4-6 years of Procurement, Finance, or other relevant business experience
• Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills; recognized as a constructive team player representing Source-to-Contract within various teams.
• Adaptability and openness to change.
• Learning agility and the ability to identify opportunities for continuous process and technology improvement.

Preferred:

Good understanding of Sourcing and Contracting processes and Source-to-settle operations.

Fluency in English (written and oral) is required. Fluency in Portuguese language (written and oral) for the supported region(s) is preferred.

Experience in the Shared Services industry.

Requires up to 5% of domestic and international travel

Work Location & Schedule

This position will be part of the Americas Service Delivery Procurement organization and will primarily support the Americas region. To ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders across Americas, the role requires partial coverage of Americas time zone working hours.

• Hours: 8:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Bogota time), including a 1-hour break
• Duration: 8 hours per day
