Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Specialist, Source-to-Contract, AMERICAS located in Bogota, Colombia. You will manage day-to-day S2C activities, drive cost reductions, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance across Regions NA & LATAM.

You will work with business and category procurement teams, mentoring a team of S2C specialists while supporting automation initiatives and supplier collaboration in a dynamic AMERICAS service delivery setting.

Formación

• 2-4 years of Procurement, Finance, or other relevant business experience.
• Strong collaboration, communication & influencing skills to build relationships internally and externally.
• Adaptability and openness to change; learning agility for process and tech improvements.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and oral).

Responsabilidades

• Conducts day-to-day operations of Source-to-Contract, including sourcing events, contract terms negotiation, drafting and execution, and stakeholder management.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory, legal and company policies.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to improve profitability and competitive position using market intelligence and risk assessments.
• Drive improvements in user experience, efficiency, and effectiveness in S2C areas.
• Support automation and AI initiatives; act as product owner for S2C tools and AI features; gather requirements and roll out enhancements.
• Build relationships with internal customers and external suppliers; address business needs.
• Mentor and collaborate within a team of S2C specialists.

Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for Specialist, Source-to-Contract, AMERICAS Purpose: Johnson and Johnson is recruiting a Specialist, Source-to-Contract, AMERICAS located in Bogota, Colombia. The Specialist, Source-to-Contract, will ensure that the Regional Service Delivery Procurement Source-to-Contract organization delivers results in support of the Global Services, OneProcurement and Johnson & Johnson business strategy and objectives. The role works directly with the business, category procurement teams, and the broader function. Additionally, you contribute to and/or own the operational execution of prioritized category strategy implementations, sourcing and contracting cases, and other critical functional activities. This role performs duties related to the implementation and execution of the organization's strategic sourcing plan, from assisting with contract negotiation, contract authoring and contract management activities through executing cost reduction strategies.

You will be responsible for:

• * Conducts the day-to-day operations of the Source-to-Contract function, including sourcing event management, price and other contract terms negotiation, contract drafting and execution, and stakeholder management activities. Delivers against defined Service Levels.
• * Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory, legal and company policies and procedures.
• * Collaborate with multiple departments in the development and execution of strategies and plans that improve the organization’s profitability and competitive position, utilizing market intelligence and risk assessments.
• * Drives continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in assigned areas of responsibility.
• * Support development and implementation of automation and AI (Artificial Intelligence) initiatives within assigned areas of responsibility; act as product owner for S2C tools and AI features; gather requirements, prioritize, test, and roll out enhancements.
• * Builds relationships with internal customers and external suppliers, works to understand their business objectives, and provides support in addressing their needs.
• * Mentors and collaborates amongst a team of Source-to-Contract specialists.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent University degree is required.

Experience and Skills Required:

• * 2-4 years of Procurement, Finance, or other relevant business experience.
• * Collaboration, Communication & Influencing Skills: Should be regarded as a constructive player in various teams within the company and outside. Should have the requisite communication skills to communicate & influence objectives and then develop collaborative relationships both internally and externally to achieve them.
• * Adaptability & openness to change.
• * Learning agility and the ability to identify opportunities for continuous process and technology improvement.
• * Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and oral).
• * Fluency in one other language (written and oral) for the supported region(s) is preferred.

Preferred:

• * Good understanding of Sourcing and Contracting processes and Source-to-settle operations.
• * Shared Services Industry experience.
• * Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts.
• * Continuous improvement and automation mindset.

Other: Requires up to 5% domestic and international travel.

Work Location

This position will be part of the AMERICAS Service Delivery Procurement organization and will primarily support the NA & LATAM region.
