Johnson & Johnson MedTech Colombia S.A.S. is seeking a Senior Specialist for Source-to-Contract in Bogotá. You will lead day-to-day S2C operations, manage sourcing events, draft and execute contracts, and drive improvements in efficiency and user experience across procurement activities.

You will mentor analysts, support automation initiatives, and partner with Legal, Compliance, IT, and business teams to align sourcing with strategy. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Formación

• 4-6 years of Procurement, Finance, or related experience.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or higher degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and collaborate among a team of Source-to-Contract analysts.
• Manage day-to-day Source-to-Contract operations, including sourcing events and contract terms.
• Draft and execute contracts; ensure SLAs are met and compliance is maintained.

Job Description: The Senior Specialist, Source-to-Contract, will ensure that the Service Delivery Procurement Source-to-Contract organization delivers results in support of the Global Services, OneProcurement and Johnson & Johnson business strategy and objectives. The role works directly with the business, category procurement teams, and the broader function. Additionally, you contribute to and own the operational execution of prioritized category strategy implementations, sourcing and contracting cases, and other critical functional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and collaborate amongst a team of Source-to-Contract analysts
• Conducts the day-to-day operations of the Source-to-Contract function, including sourcing event management, price and other contract terms negotiaton, contract drafting and execution, and stakeholder management activities, responsibility for delivering based upon the agreed SLAs and ensuring policy and legal compliance
• Drive continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in assigned areas of responsibility
• Support development and implementation of automation and AI (Artificial Intelligence) initiatives within assigned areas of responsibility; act as product owner for S2C tools and AI features; gather requirements, prioritize, test, and roll out enhancements
• Create Value by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key business partners and peers with a view to proactively understanding and constructively influence their needs and expectations
• Partner with Category Procurement teams, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Security, and other relevant functions to align sourcing and contracts with category strategy, data privacy, cybersecurity and regulatory needs
• Support digital requirements discipline: gather, document, and translate data needs, data quality, data lineage, integration points and privacy/security controls

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent University degree is required
• MBA or further advanced degree is preferred

Experience and Skills Required

• 4-6 years of Procurement, Finance, or other relevant business experience.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills; recognized as a constructive team player representing Source-to-Contract within various teams.
• Adaptability and openness to change.
• Learning agility and the ability to identify opportunities for continuous process and technology improvement.
• Fluency in English (written and oral) is required.

Preferred

• Good understanding of Sourcing and Contracting processes and Source-to-settle operations.
• Continuous improvement and automation mindset.
• Fluency in one other language (written and oral) for the supported region(s) is preferred.
• Experience in the Shared Services industry.

Other

Requires up to 5% of domestic and international travel.

Work Location & Schedule

This position will be part of the Americas Service Delivery Procurement organization and will primarily support the Latin America and North America regions.
