Agentic Dream Inc. is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business intent and buildable specifications for data and agentic projects. This remote position is open exclusively to candidates based in Latin America.

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience, strong SQL skills, and demonstrated proficiency in requirements engineering. Responsibilities include developing requirements, defining acceptance criteria, and managing data specifications among other critical tasks.

Formación

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with 3+ on data-intensive projects.
• Ability to write SQL queries against PostgreSQL or similar.
• Demonstrated skills in user-story decomposition and acceptance criteria.

Responsabilidades

• Deconstruct complex business processes into EARS-formatted requirements.
• Author Gherkin scenarios defining the Definition of Done.
• Build and maintain data dictionaries and schema specifications.
