Stryker Corporation is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business requirements with technical specifications for data-driven projects. The role focuses on managing detailed requirements and translating complex business processes into executable specifications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product outputs meet business needs.

This position is fully remote but only open to candidates based in Latin America. Strong SQL and proficiency in developing EARS-formatted requirements are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst / Technical BA, with 3+ years on data-intensive projects.
• Strong SQL skills to validate and profile data.
• Experience with user-story decomposition and acceptance criteria.

Responsabilidades

• Run discovery sessions with business stakeholders and engineers.
• Build and maintain data dictionaries and schema specs.
• Translate business policy into structured machine-consumable definitions.
