Stryker Corporation is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - CRM, BI & Data in Bogotá, Colombia. This role involves translating business needs into clear requirements and working with various technical teams. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, with a strong preference for expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI.

The position requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, strong analytical skills, and experience working within Agile/Scrum environments. This is a fully remote role, providing flexibility to work from anywhere.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with B2 English at least.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
