BLEND360 is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead technical conversations with clients, design comprehensive cloud solutions on AWS, and support the full pre-sales cycle. You will act as the bridge between business needs and our technical capabilities, focusing on AWS data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML implementations.

• 5+ years of cloud architecture experience with hands-on AWS implementation.
• Deep proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, Glue, EMR, Redshift, SageMaker, Bedrock).
• Experience designing data lakes and data warehouses on AWS.
• Fluent Spanish and English communication for executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with delivery to refine estimates and allocate resources.
• Build post-sales relationships and enable the delivery team.
• Contribute to portfolio development and technical enablement of the commercial team.

Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to lead technical conversations with clients, design comprehensive cloud solutions, and support the full pre-sales cycle. This role serves as the bridge between the client's business needs and our company's technical capabilities, with a focus on AWS infrastructure, data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML implementations.

You will work alongside commercial leaders and delivery teams to build proposals that generate trust, demonstrate technical value, and close high-impact opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to identify business challenges, data maturity, and strategic objectives.
• Design end-to-end AWS architectures: service selection, integration strategies, security, and implementation roadmaps.
• Develop technical proposals and RFP responses including architecture diagrams, AWS technology stack, project plans, effort estimates, and pricing models.
• Deliver executive presentations and solution walkthroughs to C-level audiences, technology leaders, and technical teams.
• Lead solution design workshops and POCs to validate technical approaches with client teams.
• Exercise thought leadership in AWS, cloud data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure technical feasibility, refine estimates, and plan resource allocation.
• Build and maintain post-sales relationships with clients to ensure a smooth transition to the delivery team.
• Support the development of the company's solutions portfolio and technical enablement of the commercial team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture with hands-on technical implementation in AWS.
• Deep proficiency in AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, Glue, EMR, Athena, Redshift, Lake Formation, SageMaker, Bedrock, etc.
• Experience designing data lakes, data warehouses on AWS, pipeline orchestration, and data quality frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of AI/ML and generative AI: SageMaker, Bedrock, LLMs, and their integration into business processes.
• Ability to write and explain code in Python and SQL; strong logical and analytical thinking.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and Star Schema design concepts.
• Knowledge of cloud security principles: IAM, encryption, regulatory compliance, and AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Design of scalable, resilient, and secure architectures on AWS considering technical and business trade-offs.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and executives.
• Ability to develop detailed technical proposals and solution documents for executive audiences.
• Client-facing consulting experience with a demonstrated ability to build trust and technical credibility.
• Project management mindset: realistic timelines, resource plans, and execution strategies.
