BairesDev is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex needs into clear functional requirements and aligning projects with strategic goals.

You will facilitate requirements workshops, design user stories with acceptance criteria, support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, co-operate on backlog refinement, and coordinate UAT while ensuring high-quality delivery across remote, global teams.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or a related IT field.
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT coordination.
• Strong hands-on experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product backlog refinement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
