• Professional experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Software Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration, infrastructure configuration, and secrets management.
• Experience implementing or supporting monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Knowledge of API reliability, gateways, and integration layers; proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and improve software solutions to boost stability, reliability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across apps, integrations, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
• Design and implement monitoring, dashboards, and alerting to reduce operational noise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve API reliability and deployment processes.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and incident management when required.
