adidas is seeking a Software Engineer–Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to ensure stability and reliability of large-scale distributed systems across web and mobile platforms. You will drive CI/CD strategies, improve observability, and participate in on-call incident resolution to prevent recurrence.
We value candidates with 4–5 years in DevOps/SRE, strong English communication, and a passion for building reliable systems.

Being a Site Reliability Engineer in adidas,youwill haveopportunitytoleaddesign,implementand buildlarge-scaleand distributedsystems,ensuringthe availability, scalability,performance, and efficiencyoneofsystems and software componentsthe most importantsport brandsin the world.
You will drive the continuous integration and continuousdeploymentstrategycombining keyaspectslikevelocity,availability,qualityand security.
Automationwill be part ofyouDNA,preventingproblem recurrenceand reducing the time to recover.Automate yourself makingsystemsdo the toiloptimizingengineering time.
Continuous improvement of time todetect ofthe issues through better observability andadvancedalerting implementations.
Defining and iterating on SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs as part of the services lifecycle.
Participate in On-Call Incidenttechnicalsupport.
Work on technical resolution for incidents,identifyingtechnical root cause and creating backlog to avoidrepeatedincidentsin the future (Post-mortemsto arrive at remedial actions).
You help define standards and adoptnew technologies.
What we are looking for:
Strong awareness and experience of working with Site Reliability Engineering principles
4/5years in relevant area (DevOps / SRE).
College or university degree withfocuson IT or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient spoken and written command of English.
Aptitude to be a good team player and the desire to learn and implementnew technologies.
Technical skills( Must-to-have ):
Experience in writing software in OOP (Java/NodeJs/GO/Python). Adapting,learningand working with different languages and frameworks.
Experience with large-scale, complex distributed systems.
Passion aboutSRE/DevOps.
Technical skills ( Nice-to-have ):
Experience with Rest APIs, APIintegrationand Web Services.
Experience withpubliccloudproviders (AWS/Azure/Google)
Experience withdistributedmessagequeues (Kafka/AWS SQS/ RabbitMQ)
Experience with containerized environments (Kubernetes/Docker/OpenShift)
Experience with CI/CD build pipelines (Jenkins/Circle CI/ArgoCD/GitHub)
Experience with monitoringsolutions (Prometheus/Elasticsearch/ APM)
Experience with establishing Service Levels across teams andoperatingwith them
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation/Ansible)
Networking concepts (SSH, FTP, TCP/IP, DNS, Load balancing, CDN).
