Carepod is seeking a hands-on Shopify Website Operations Specialist to support our store's day-to-day accuracy, quality, and customer experience. You'll work closely with the Shopify Website Manager to keep the storefront ready for launches and promotions.

Carepod is a premium humidifier brand designed in Korea, focused on creating thoughtfully designed products that make everyday living healthier and more comfortable. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for proactive people who want to contribute to a fast-moving team and help us build an exceptional customer experience.
We’re hiring a hands-on Shopify Website Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution, quality, and customer experience of our Shopify store.
You’ll work closely with our Shopify Website Manager / Developer to keep the storefront accurate, functional, organized, and ready for product launches and promotions.
This role is more technical than a traditional ecommerce assistant. You should be very comfortable inside Shopify, understand how themes and storefronts work, have strong QA instincts, and be able to troubleshoot common website issues independently.
You don’t need to be a senior developer, but you should know enough Liquid, HTML, and CSS to make basic changes safely and recognize when something needs deeper technical support.
You know Shopify well enough that you don’t need anyone showing you where things are. You notice the small website mistake everyone else missed, investigate problems before assuming they’re a “developer issue,” and understand enough code to know what you can safely change — and what you shouldn’t.
You’re equally comfortable updating products, QA’ing a promotion, testing the mobile cart, organizing a collection, or documenting a bug for a developer.
Most importantly, you think about the website like a customer does and take ownership of getting the details right.
