Silver.Dev is seeking an experienced backend Python developer to build and extend API modules on Django Rest Framework for consumer and internal apps. You will coordinate with the team across application layers and contribute to high-quality, scalable solutions in a remote-friendly setup.

The role requires 4+ years in web app development, proficiency in Python, Django REST Framework, and a strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and SQL/NoSQL databases.

Formación

• 4+ years of practical experience building web applications.
• Strong proficiency with Python and Django REST Framework.
• Excellent command over Data structures and algorithms.
• Must demonstrate efficient use of AI tools in development.
• Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience with mock and pytest libraries.
• Proficient in English for remote/async work.
• Proficient with Git version control.
• Experience with dockerized applications.

We are seeking an experienced backend Python developer with expertise in building and extending our API on Django Rest Framework. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain new modules for consumer and internal facing applications. In addition, you will need to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the applications. A commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of practical experience in building web applications
• Strong proficiency with Python, Django Rest Framework
• Excellent command over Data structure and Algorithms
• Must demonstrated efficient use of AI tools in development
• Proficient in working with SQL and NoSQL database solutions such as PostgreSQL
• Previous experience with popular libraries such as mock, pytest
• Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, sufficient for success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment.
• Proficient using code versioning tools such as Git
• Proficient working with dockerized applications
