Mastercard in Bogotá is seeking a Manager, Settlement Operations to lead an operational team responsible for daily settlement functions across the Americas time zones. The team will cover the 07:00 to 17:00 US Central time window, performing cutoff processing and delivering customer advisements and fund transfer orders.

The manager will ensure processes are followed, oversee onboarding of new customers, and respond to inquiries.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, MIS or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in card payments or banking back-office operations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and treasury operations.
• Experience managing daily global settlement operations for internal and external customers.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily settlement processing for domestic and cross-border transfers.
• Provide backup support for key functions as needed.
• Schedule resources and cross-train the Americas time zone team.
• Develop and maintain understanding of reconciliation processes.
• Escalate and resolve settlement issues promptly.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and timeliness.
• Review quarterly reports and billing data.
