Mastercard in Bogotá is seeking an Analyst, Settlement Operations to lead a team handling daily settlement functions across the Americas time zones. You will ensure settlements meet cutoff times, onboard new customers, and respond to inquiries while coordinating with cross-functional partners.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proven project management. You’ll participate in process improvements and training initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Formación

• Understanding of accounting, treasury or payment operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily settlement processing to support customers and regional stakeholders.
• Cover shifts to align with Americas time zones and cutoff times.
• Coordinate onboarding and respond to customer inquiries related to settlements.
• Investigate incidents and drive resolution for Settlement Operations issues.
• Provide guidance and training on Settlement processes to other teams.
