Agencia De Empleo Comfamiliar Atlántico is seeking a ServiceNow QA Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of ServiceNow solutions for a US client. The role focuses on manual front-end testing, defect tracking, and collaboration with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.

The candidate will create and execute test plans, review requirements, validate interfaces, and apply Agile testing practices to improve QA processes.

Formación

• 3+ years of manual QA testing.
• Experience doing web-based/front-end testing.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence.
• Experience ideally testing a payroll/timekeeping/HR software.
• Restaurant industry experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsabilidades

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects while ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with project teams.
• Review requirements and system specifications to ensure complete test coverage and alignment with client expectations.
• Validate user interfaces, workflows, and integrations to ensure consistency, usability, and functionality.
• Apply Agile testing practices and contribute to continuous improvements in quality assurance processes.
• Lead quality assurance activities across complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and quality concerns throughout the development lifecycle.
• Partner with stakeholders to recommend testing strategies and quality improvements.
• Support the development and refinement of QA standards, processes, and best practices.
