Job summary

Chubb is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Ops Lead to own platform operations for the ServiceNow Hub and to serve as Deputy to the Hub Lead. You will drive stability, security and performance of the ServiceNow platform while overseeing CMDB governance and access management.

This senior role requires 10+ years in people leadership and deep hands-on ServiceNow administration, ITIL-aligned processes, incident and release management, and collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT or related field.
• 10+ years of people leadership experience.
• 10+ years in ServiceNow administration and operations.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge with configurable processes.
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, service mapping and CI lifecycle governance.
• Experience with access management and SOX/audit certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and line management for the Platform Ops team.
• Act as Deputy to the ServiceNow Hub Lead and ensure continuity during absence.
• Own instance health, monitoring performance and stability across environments.
• Lead incident, problem and change management for the ServiceNow platform.
• Plan and execute upgrades, patches and security updates.
• Oversee release and change management governance.
• Ensure ITSM process adherence across the Hub with CMDB/Discovery teams.
• Collaborate with security and compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning for the ServiceNow platform.
