INGEPSY is seeking an SEO Specialist to optimize websites, drive organic traffic, and improve ROI for home services clients. The role focuses on technical audits, on-page optimization, localSEO, content strategy, and performance reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on SEO, proficiency with SEMrush/Ahrefs/Screaming Frog, GA4, and strong communication skills. Remote setup with a reliable home office is required.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• High proficiency with industry-standard platforms including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, local SEO, and on-page optimization best practices. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and major CMS platforms (WordPress, Elementor, and Oxygen).
• Familiarity with GA4 and ability to interpret raw data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented; strong time management.
• Must have a dedicated, noise-free home office setup with reliable internet connection and a backup power source.

Responsabilidades

• Technical & On-Page SEO: Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement strategies to improve site performance, health, and speed.
• Research & Strategy: Perform deep keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-impact ranking opportunities.
• Content Creation: Utilize copywriting skills to develop and execute effective, SEO-driven content strategies.
• Local SEO Mastery: Optimize and manage local SEO presence across Google Business Profiles and relevant industry directories.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze organic performance metrics utilizing Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush. Contribute to monthly reporting by providing actionable insights and clear optimization suggestions.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with web developers to resolve technical bottlenecks affecting crawlability, indexing, and user experience.
• Industry Adaptability: Stay informed on major search algorithm updates and evolving SEO trends to proactively pivot strategies.
• Launch Support: Oversee the foundational SEO setup and execution for the launch of new websites and landing pages.
