Palo Alto Networks is seeking an Extended Expertise Consultant to enable customers to securely integrate and automate cloud environments, leading the Cortex XSOAR adoption. You will guide complex deployments, develop automation workflows, and drive continuous improvement through real-time support, collaborating with SOC analysts to CISOs.

Qualificações

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI is required at time of hire.
• Must be able to work onsite at the Omaha, Nebraska office location.
• 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity, security operations, or security automation.
• Proven experience in technical implementation of security automation and developing XSOAR playbooks.
• Strong background in integrating security tools like EDR, SIEM, and threat intelligence platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse audiences, from engineers to CISOs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical implementations of security automation within customer environments.
• Design, develop, and maintain XSOAR playbooks to automate incident response workflows.
• Integrate diverse security tools, including EDR, SIEM, and threat intelligence platforms, with XSOAR.
• Conduct detailed analysis of operational business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on complex cloud security systems.
• Prepare comprehensive capacity planning, deployment, and configuration guides.
• Translate complex technical information into business terms for C-level executives.
• Train and empower customer teams to leverage security products effectively.
