Formación

• 6+ years of experience in WFM focused on time-series and multi-channel volumes.
• Mastery of staffing math and capacity planning.
• High proficiency in SQL/BigQuery.

• Rebuild and own the end-to-end staffing model.
• Design and implement real-time adherence practices.
