Job summary

Amazon Operation Services Colombia S.A.S. seeks a Sr. Workflow Manager to own end-to-end Workflow execution across the Amazon CS network, spanning multiple countries and time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of network capacity plans (short-term and operational).
• Translate forecasted staffing into optimized shift schedules and monitor against plan.
• Own cost management for Workflow operations and align with budgets.
• Govern network KPIs and establish standardized reporting to leadership.
• Lead AI-driven transformation and automation across the network.
