Amazon Operation Services Colombia S.A.S. seeks a Senior Network Performance Analyst – AI Transformation to own end-to-end workflow execution across the Customer Service network.

You will lead a team of Workflow Managers and Business Analysts, ensuring staffing plans translate into optimized schedules while protecting customer and associate experience and driving cost efficiency. Formación

• 5+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics to improve outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end workflow execution across the CS network.
• Guide staffing and scheduling to optimize costs and service levels.
• Lead governance of KPIs like Shrinkage, AHT, PTL with standardized reporting.
• Define and drive AI transformation and automation in workflow programs.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Workflow Managers and analysts.
