Amazon is seeking a Sr Workflow Manager for Network Strategy and Performance in the Colombia CS network. The role leads Workflow Managers and Analysts across multiple countries to translate forecasts into staffing plans, optimize shifts, and protect service levels while driving cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include governance of KPIs, AI-driven process improvements, and strategic influence with senior leadership.

Formación

5+ years working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
5+ years of team management experience.
5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience.
2+ years of supply chain experience.
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsabilidades

Own the execution of network capacity plans covering short-term (4-week) and operational (monthly/quarterly).
Translate forecasted staffing requirements into optimized CSA shift schedules and monitor staffing accuracy.
Act as a cost owner for Workflow operations and align with outsourcing strategy to deliver best costs.
Govern network KPIs including Shrinkage, AHT, and PTL with standardized reporting for leadership.
Define and drive network-wide CSA wellness strategy and occupancy management.
Provide leadership and coaching to Workflow Managers and Analysts across multiple countries.
