Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Security & Kubernetes Engineer to embed advanced security practices into our platform products. You will lead architecture, design secure container systems, and protect enterprise workloads.

You will mentor teams, apply IaC with Terraform or Helm, manage IAM and encryption, and work 100% remotely with flexible hours and USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Security Engineering, DevSecOps, or related technical role.
• Proven expertise in securing containerized workloads and Kubernetes security architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform or Helm.
• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), encryption, and secrets management.
• Proven ability to define secure engineering standards and mentor development teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
