Foolproof, a product design specialist, is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join a large team delivering digital journeys for a range of clients. The role is based in London with some client‑site work, collaborating closely with design leads from discovery to delivery.

You will craft visual solutions, prototype concepts and present designs that meet business goals while guiding stakeholders through iterative, user‑centered processes and mentoring junior designers.

Formación

• Extensive experience creating design solutions for high‑profile digital products or services.
• Expert in industry‑standard design visualisation and prototyping software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Highly conceptual thinking in both visual and interactive design.
• Understanding of front‑end development principles and execution.
• Previous experience managing/mentoring more junior designers is desirable.
• Experience conducting evaluative research to validate and improve design solutions.

We are Foolproof, a product design specialist, working closely with Indigo Slate, a Seattle‑based marketing powerhouse with deep expertise in marketing for technology brands. Both companies are owned by Zensar, a global technology provider. Regardless of the brand, each remains committed to the power of experience‑led design, marketing and engineering.

Basic Requirements

• Must be able to work from our London office or local client office at least twice a week.
• May be required to travel to client sites domestically or internationally.
• Must be willing to work on projects for clients across a wide range of industries.

The Role

As a Senior Visual Designer on this project, you will be part of a large team working on digital journeys across the customer lifecycle. You will work closely with the design lead(s), from discovery through delivery of work, from new product launches to optimisation. You will be experienced using web responsive design systems and working closely with development teams. You will be accountable for delivering and presenting design concepts and solutions that meet the needs of the business and its clients, guiding them through an iterative customer‑centred design process. You will be able to self‑organise, lead ideation workshops and design reviews with stakeholders and support more junior members of the team.

• Extensive experience creating design solutions for high‑profile digital products or services, preferably agency, but client side will be considered.
• Expert in industry‑standard design visualisation and prototyping software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Highly conceptual thinking in both visual and interactive design.
• Understanding of front‑end development principles and execution.
• Previous experience managing/mentoring more junior designers is desirable.
• Experience conducting evaluative research to validate and improve design solutions.
