Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showing diverse digital and print work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Familiarity with web design and UX/UI principles.
  • Strong creative skills with an eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player who can collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • English proficiency (B2+) required; collaboration in English.
  • Experience in architecture, interior design, hospitality, or luxury real estate marketing preferred.
  • Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Premiere, After Effects knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Graphic Design: Create and design a wide range of visual materials including ads, brochures, website graphics, social content, emails, and more.
  • Social Media Content: Design graphics tailored for each platform to maximize engagement.
  • Presentations and Pitch Materials: Design proposals and pitch decks to support business development.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines across platforms.
  • Digital Design: Design website layouts and UI elements for web presence.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work with marketing and design teams to meet project goals.
  • Concept Development: Develop concepts from brainstorming to final deliverables.
  • Visual Storytelling: Translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
  • Revision and Feedback: Incorporate stakeholder feedback and meet deadlines.
  • Asset Management: Organize and archive digital assets for easy retrieval.
  • Staying Current: Keep up to date with latest design trends and tools.

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual storytelling and the ability to translate ideas and concepts into compelling visual designs. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and on‑brand graphics for a variety of media, including digital, print, and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Graphic Design: Create and design a wide range of visual materials, including advertisements, brochures, website graphics, social media content, email templates, and more.
  • Social Media Content: Design graphics and visual content specifically for social media platforms, tailoring formats, sizing, and messaging to each channel to maximize engagement.
  • Presentations and Pitch Materials: Design presentations, proposals, and pitch decks that clearly communicate ideas and support business development and client‑facing initiatives.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional image across all platforms. Design and maintain logos and brand guideline materials to support consistent brand application company‑wide.
  • Digital Design: Design digital assets including website layouts and user interface elements, contributing to the visual design and layout of websites.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with business goals.
  • Concept Development: Develop creative concepts and execute them from start to finish, including brainstorming, sketching, and producing final deliverables.
  • Visual Storytelling: Translate complex ideas into visually appealing and easily digestible designs that resonate with target audiences.
  • Revision and Feedback: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Asset Management: Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring files are properly archived and easily accessible for future use.
  • Staying Current: Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of design excellence.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency or in‑house creative team.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including both digital and print work.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools. Familiarity with web design and UX/UI principles is a plus.
  • Creativity: Strong creative skills with an eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Problem‑Solving: Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Collaboration: A team player who can collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • English: Professional working proficiency (B2+) required; collaboration is conducted in English.
  • Industry: Experience in architecture, interior design, hospitality, or luxury real estate marketing strongly preferred.
  • Tools: Adobe Creative Suite required; Figma, Canva, and basic video editing (Premiere, After Effects) a plus.
