SGS is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (VB) in Bogotá to design, develop and enhance internal software applications. This role involves leading projects through the software development life cycle while ensuring technical quality and optimizing existing systems.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience, particularly in Visual Basic and databases, with excellent problem-solving skills. This position offers a hybrid work model and an indefinite-term contract.

Formación

• 7+ years of software development experience, including senior-level experience.
• Strong expertise in Visual Basic (VB / VB.NET), C#, .NET, ASP.NET, APIs, and SQL databases.
• Solid experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of SDLC, design patterns, testing, and object-oriented programming.
• Advanced English level required.
