The role requires strong expertise in RPA, AI/ML, blockchain, data analytics, and stakeholder management, with LATAM regulatory knowledge and 20% international travel. English proficiency is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Systems or related field.
• At least 5 years in trade operations or logistics roles.
• Minimum 3 years in project management and digitalization.
• Strong knowledge of LATAM trade regulations, customs, and compliance.
• Proven track record with digital solutions and automation in trade ops.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency with RPA, AI, ML, blockchain, and data analytics.
• Analytical, data-driven with continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Certifications in trade, PM or related tech are a plus.
• English proficiency: min. 70% (written and oral).
• Travel: up to 20% international.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital roadmaps and transformation initiatives into international trade processes


• Analyze trade operations processes, including transportation management, import/export documentation, customs clearance, and trade compliance, to identify improvements


• Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational cost


• Identify, evaluate, and implement RPA, AI, IoT, ML, and blockchain automation tools


• Develop data management strategies and use analytics tools to optimize trade processes and identify trends


• Leverage digitalization and automation applications for suitability/CO2 metrics and compensations tracking


• Lead implementation of digital trade solutions, including software integration, customization, and user training


• Collaborate with global/regional and cross-functional teams to maximize digital tools


• Coordinate Trade Operations project portfolio activities, including tracking, reporting, documentation, and governance


• Maintain project plans, action logs, timelines, risks, and dependency tracking


• Support project managers and functional leads in monitoring project progress and deliverables


• Prepare portfolio dashboards and status updates for leadership reviews


• Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and follow up on action items


• Support budget tracking and benefits realization reporting for digital initiatives


• Develop communication materials, executive presentations, newsletters, project updates, success stories, and leadership communications


• Support change management and stakeholder engagement activities to drive awareness and adoption of new processes and digital solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/ University Professional in Logistics, Business administration, Systems or related careers


• 5 years experience in trade operations / international trade or other logistics related fields


• 3 years of related experience in project management and digitalization and automation


• Strong understanding in Latam Countries of international trade regulations, customs procedures, transportation and trade compliance requirements


• Proven track record of successfully implementing projects with digital solutions and automation technologies within trade operations


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders


• Proficiency in utilizing digital technologies such as RPA, AI, ML, blockchain, and data analytics for trade operations optimization


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making for continuous improvement


• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment


• Certifications in international trade, project management, or relevant technologies are a plus


• English Language: min. 70% (written and oral)


• Travelling: 20% (international)
