Canonical is seeking a Telecommunications Field Engineer to lead customers through design and delivery of OpenStack and Kubernetes solutions. Your expertise in telco cloud technologies will empower operators as they adopt advanced infrastructure.
This fully remote role offers a personal learning budget, annual leave, and additional perks. Ideal candidates will possess deep technical knowledge and a collaborative mindset to ensure customer success in the growing telco industry.
Formación
- Thorough technical understanding of telco NFVi, NFVO, VNFM and MEC space.
- Working knowledge of Mobile Packet Core, Private Network, or RAN.
- Experience leading complex projects from start to finish.
- Able to travel up to 25% for customer engagements.
Responsabilidades
- Translate Service Provider requirements into telco cloud platform architectures.
- Provide technical pre‑sales consulting to Service Provider teams.
- Support customer tenant onboarding and participate in architectural discussions.
- Shape our roadmap to accelerate growth in the telco market.
