Autodesk in Bogotá is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Specialist to partner with sales teams and resellers, leading all technical sales aspects of Autodesk platforms. You will develop and execute strategies to close business while ensuring customer success in digital transformation.

The role covers North LATAM (Colombia, Ecuador, Peru) with 50% travel and hybrid work expectations. The candidate should bring 7+ years in AEC, strong BIM skills, and fluency in Spanish and English, plus a Civil

Formación

• 7+ years of relevant AEC industry experience.
• Proficient in Revit, Civil 3D, BIM and Virtual BIM Collaboration.
• Languages: Native Spanish and Fluent English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Experience with SaaS technology and sales.
• Subject Matter Expert who distills complex workflows for diverse audiences.
• Self-directed with minimal instruction on daily work.

Responsabilidades

• Perform in-depth assessments of customer processes to identify opportunities.
• Quantify ROI and support technical closure with Autodesk solutions.
• Position and sell Autodesk’s business value in competitive contexts.
• Deliver in-person, web-based, or hybrid presentations and demos.
• Influence product direction through customer feedback and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to close business and support resellers.
• Mentor reseller personnel on technical sales activities.
• Represent Autodesk at events and trade shows to promote solutions.
• Build trusted advisor relationships to support digital transformation.
• Manage the technical evaluation process from qualification to handover.
• Document engagements in Salesforce with measurable outcomes.
• Lead and present all technical sales aspects of the Autodesk cycle.
