Job summary

Félix is building a wallet and card platform for Latinos in the US, delivering a WhatsApp-integrated wallet with stablecoin rails. As Technical Product Manager for Wallet & Card, you will own the wallet infrastructure, rails, and the debit card program, ensuring correctness, security, and optimal user experience with strong vendor collaboration.

You will lead a pod, work with cross-functional teams, and drive hands-on technical execution while shaping the product roadmap and performance metrics

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM/payments infrastructure exp, hands-on builder in fast-paced env.
• Deep mastery of funding/payout rails, settlement and reconciliation.
• Experience evaluating build vs. partner options with engineering leadership.
• Proven track record with payment KPIs and data-driven optimizations.
• Technical fluency: read APIs, inspect logs, run SQL, design resilience.
• Strong partner management with issuers, processors and networks.
• Exceptional communication to align groups and leadership on roadmaps.
• English language excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own Wallet Infrastructure Decisions: define how wallet is built and partner tooling.
• Manage Money-In & Money-Out Rails: oversee funding/withdrawal rails with high reliability.
• Own Card Program Technical Operations: manage authorization, tokenization and disputes.
• Fraud & Risk Partnership: collaborate with Fraud to balance risk and user experience.
• Hands-on Technical Execution: code-leaning debugging, SQL queries, log inspection.
• Lead Pod, Roadmap & Core Metrics: set pod roadmap and track KPIs.
