Félix Technologies, Inc. is building a wallet and debit card experience for Latinos in the US, embedded in WhatsApp with stablecoin rails.

We seek a Technical Product Manager who owns wallet infrastructure, rails, and the debit card program, partnering with engineering, fraud, and finance to deliver a secure, high-uptime experience. You will lead a pod, collaborate with Wallet Experience, payments partners, and external vendors, ensuring the wallet is robust, compliant, and delightfully

Formación

• 5+ years in product management or related payments roles.
• Experience with payments rails, processors, settlement.
• Ability to evaluate infra options build-versus-partner.
• Proven track record owning payment KPIs (authorization/acceptance, fraud loss).
• Technical fluency: read API docs, inspect logs, run SQL queries.
• Experience managing issuers, processors, card networks, sponsor banks.
• Strong stakeholder communication with engineering, fraud, finance and execs.
• English language skills (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Define wallet infrastructure decisions and custody models.
• Oversee Money-In and Money-Out rails and settlement.
• Own card program operations: auth, tokenization, disputes, card network rules.
• Collaborate with Fraud, Finance, and infra partners on controls.
• Work with engineers on APIs, webhooks, on-chain flows, real-time auths.
• Own card lifecycle: issuance, activation, provisioning, freezing, replacement.
• Lead the pod roadmap and metrics; communicate impact to leadership.
