Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in engineering management roles.
• Advanced experience with Agile methodologies.
• Advanced level of English.
• Past experience as a Software Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong problem-solving orientation.
• Extensive experience as a People Manager, including Performance Improvement planning.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask at an expert level.
• Good financials and budget management skills.

• Evaluate and optimize billable utilization; manage capacity planning and forecast profitability.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing client relationships; deliver value to stakeholders.
• Propose IT strategies, policies, and procedures by assessing outcomes and trends.
• Predict financial results and manage expenditures to achieve objectives.
