EXL in Bogotá is seeking a Senior Executive - Travel & Expense (T&E) Expense Auditor to join our Finance Operations team. You will manage expense reports via Concur, audit submissions for accuracy and policy compliance, and support month-end close with reconciliations.

The role requires 2–4 years in Accounts Payable or T&E, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels. English proficiency is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (or current student) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense (T&E), or accounting operations.
• Experience reviewing and auditing employee expense reports in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience with Concur Expense Management.
• Strong understanding of travel and expense policies, compliance, and auditing.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and expense accrual concepts is a plus.
• English proficiency: B2+ or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the daily administration and processing of employee expense reports through the Concur platform.
• Review, audit, and approve T&E expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Identify policy violations, missing receipts, duplicates, and inappropriate expenses.
• Communicate with employees to resolve expense-related issues and provide policy guidance.
• Ensure timely reimbursement processing while meeting SLAs.
• Support month-end close activities through reconciliations and reporting.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Payroll, Finance, and stakeholders to resolve inquiries.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests by providing supporting documentation.
• Participate in process improvement, testing, and system upgrades.
