Pearster is seeking a Senior System Administrator to join the infrastructure team and manage Windows and Linux servers, cloud infrastructure, and security controls. You will drive automation, reliability, and best practices while providing reactive production support in a 24/7 on-call rotation with VDI integrations and advanced troubleshooting.

The role emphasizes incident response, disaster recovery, and collaboration with Security, Development, DevOps, and IT teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• Experience administering Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Experience with reactive production support and incident response.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux server environments.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and modernization initiatives.
• Lead upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
