Pearster is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join a fintech initiative with a Canada-based team. You will manage Linux and Windows server environments, automate operations, and lead incident response across hybrid infrastructure.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, monitoring, and collaboration with distributed engineers worldwide. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in SRE/DevOps, strong scripting skills (Bash/Python/PowerShell), and experience with monitoring tools.

Formación

• 4+ years in SRE, DevOps, or related roles with hands-on Linux admin
• Strong Linux troubleshooting experience
• Windows Server experience (intermediate to advanced)
• Experience supporting production infrastructure
• Scripting skills ( Bash, Python, PowerShell )
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools
• Good understanding of networking concepts
• Incident management and root cause analysis
• Able to work independently with distributed teams

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and support Linux and Windows server environments.
• Monitor health, availability, and performance of infrastructure.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrences.
• Automate tasks using scripting and tooling.
• Participate in on-call and incident response.
• Collaborate across infrastructure, DevOps, and dev teams.
• Maintain documentation and runbooks.
