TransUnion is seeking a Sr Manager, Strategic Planning to lead the regional planning process for LATAM, aligning with executives and driving long-term goals and quarterly objectives. The role reports to the Area Leader, VP of Strategy and Planning, and partners with LATAM leadership to execute priorities and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have an MBA with global strategy experience, at least 8 years in strategy development and business planning, and deep knowledge of the credit reporting

Formación

• MBA with global strategy experience or strategy consulting preferred.
• At least 8 years of general business work with experience in strategy development and business planning.
• Knowledge about the credit reporting industry or international business planning experience.
• High degree of intellectual curiosity with a track record of driving ideas to implementation.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
• Ability to work independently or in a dynamic team environment.
• Excellent problem solving and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, facilitate and manage the strategic planning process in line with regional objectives.
• Drive pre- and post-meeting work for planning sessions and monitor industry best practices.
• Lead primary and secondary research to inform market entry/expansion opportunities.
• Build relationships with product and industry experts to develop go-to-market plans and support regional initiatives.
