TransUnion LATAM seeks an Analyst, Strategic Planning to support regional business planning and strategy execution across the LATAM region. The role involves collaborating with the leadership team, facilitating planning sessions, and developing long‑term goals and short‑term objectives.

You will build financial projections, track market trends, and prepare senior‑level presentations for C‑suite stakeholders.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related discipline.

Responsabilidades

  • Support the LATAM regional planning process, ongoing planning activities, and strategy execution.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to facilitate and support planning sessions and business strategy execution.
  • Develop and implement long‑term goals and short‑term objectives.
  • Execute regional business plans, key initiatives, M&A, and partnership processes.
  • Track competition and identify threats or opportunities.
  • Report progress and analyze issues that affect productivity, profitability, and growth in the region.
  • Collaborate with the LATAM region to create and maintain business plans with clear, measurable targets.
  • Develop senior‑level presentations for short‑term and long‑range plans.
  • Support strategic planning, including regional objectives, execution of the business plan, and reporting of current‑year progress.
  • Manage and support regional activities associated with new markets and new line‑of‑business development.
  • Develop financial projections to estimate market size, revenue, P&L, and investment requirements for new projects.
  • Support M&A and partnership processes across the region.
  • Conduct industry research to understand market trends and the competitive landscape, translating findings into presentations and memos for the leadership team.
  • Execute ad‑hoc strategic analysis and gather competitive intelligence to monitor strategy and predict competitive responses.
  • Build content for high‑visibility, high‑stakes materials involving C‑suite stakeholders.
  • Support leadership team in key initiatives by preparing presentations, research, and financial analysis.
  • Develop ongoing reports for the macro level, board of directors, and results tracking.
  • Manage project coordination for various initiatives across the region.

The Analyst, Strategic Planning role supports the LATAM regional business planning process and strategy execution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or another related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a top‑tier consulting organization, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Business planning experience with strong facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and the Office Suite; Think‑Cell knowledge is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a dynamic team in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong project‑management capabilities and meticulous attention to detail, comfortable meeting deadlines and delivering key deliverables.
  • Sound business judgment, excellent problem‑solving, and influencing skills.
  • Proficient financial, analytical, organizational, and people skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp industry and cross‑functional concepts to assess implications and seize opportunities.
  • Team orientation with excellent communication and presentation skills; experience delivering crisp, insightful information to executive teams.
  • Willingness to travel at least 10% of the time.
Other Details

This is a hybrid position. Responsibilities are performed virtually and in‑person at a designated TransUnion office for a minimum of two days per week.
