Monks Technology Services is hiring a Senior Strategist in Bogotá with 5–7 years in strategy, marketing, or consulting. You will develop insight-led marketing strategies, working across creative, media, data, and production teams to translate strategic thinking into campaigns that drive client results.

You will partner with clients to tackle business challenges, analyze market trends, and mentor junior strategists within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience in strategy, marketing, or consulting, preferably in an agency setting.
• Track record of developing effective, innovative strategies across clients and industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including translating data into insights.
• Experience using AI tools and methodologies to improve strategic workflows and inform creative solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

About The Role

As a Senior Strategist, you’ll develop insight-led marketing and communications strategies that address client challenges and improve brand performance. You’ll work across creative, media, data, and production teams to turn strategic thinking into impactful campaigns while supporting the growth of fellow strategists.
