Accelya in Bogota, Colombia seeks a Senior Specialist - Project Management to lead complex, multi-workstream initiatives, manage senior stakeholders and deliver outcomes with rigor.

You will apply advanced risk management and financial controls, leverage AI-powered tools for portfolio analytics, and mentor junior PMs while advancing the PM community. This role operates in a hybrid setup.

Formación

• 5-7 years of senior project management experience, including complex multi-workstream delivery.
• Expert PM skills including advanced risk management and financial control.
• Experience with AI-enhanced project management tools.
• Strong leadership and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field; PMP or equivalent required
• Fluent English: Interviews will be held in this language

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex, multi-workstream projects, managing senior stakeholder relationships and applying expert project governance
• Apply advanced risk management, change control and financial management practices to ensure project delivery integrity
• Use AI-enhanced project management tools for sophisticated portfolio analytics, resource optimisation and predictive risk identification
• Use generative AI (Claude, ChatGPT or equivalent, Copilot) for executive-quality project reporting, business case documentation and stakeholder communication
• Lead project post-mortems, producing actionable lessons learned that improve the project management community's capability
• Mentor junior project managers, sharing expertise in governance, stakeholder management and delivery methodology
• Represent project management best practices across the organisation, contributing to PM community of practice

Role Purpose

As Senior Specialist - Project Management at Accelya, you will lead complex projects, managing senior stakeholder relationships and applying expert project management skills to ensure outstanding delivery outcomes.

• Deep knowledge of airline technology project delivery and the governance approaches used by leading airline software providers
• Understanding of how AI is transforming project management - including AI-assisted risk identification, resource optimisation and intelligent stakeholder reporting
