adidas is looking for a Sr. Specialist Payroll Country to join its Human Resources team in LATAM, covering Colombia among others. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with local laws, tax, and social security requirements.

Based in a multinational setting, you will consolidate payroll data, verify accuracy, process payments on time, and support audits. You will collaborate with finance and HR to align payroll with SAP and P&L reporting.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent education required.
• Broad and deep theoretical understanding of functional area.
• Minimum 2 years experience in job or job function.

Responsabilidades

• Consolidate and review the information necessary to process the payroll.
• Execute personnel payment accurately and timely according with current country legislation.
• Execute payment of social security, retirement saving plans and income taxes.
• Present documentation for audits or inspections to comply with legislation and company guidelines.
• Review the connection between payroll and accounting SAP file to reflect payroll costs in P&L.

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

Manage the entire payroll process (processing, payment and accounting) in order to ensure correct payment of employees and compliance with the current country legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and review the information (hirings, terminations, vacations, car allowance, mobility, holidays worked, commissions, medical leaves, absences, etc) necessary to achieve the processing of the payroll
• Execute personnel payment accurate and timely according with the current country legislation
• Execute payment of social security, retirement saving plans and income taxes in order to accomplish the current labor law
• Present the required documentation in case of audits or inspections (e.g Ministry of Labor and Employment, Internal audits, Federal Revenue Office, Labor Unions) in order to comply with the legislation and company guidelines
• Review the correct connection between payroll and accounting sap file to assure that the cost of payroll gets well reflected in P&L
