Empresaconfidencial is seeking a senior technology leader to cultivate relationships with clients, design innovative, scalable, multi-service solutions, and guide complex projects in Bogotá.

You will lead design and deployment of multi-workload solutions, influence senior stakeholders with business value, mentor team members, and drive strategic technology adoption aligned with customers' core goals. You will also help forecast pipelines and revenue accuracy for your accounts.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technical field required.
• Expert-level or multiple professional-level certifications required (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, specialty certs).
• 8+ years of relevant experience, with demonstrated success leading complex technical projects and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Designs innovative, scalable, multi-service solutions. Devises creative solutions in complex scenarios and is recognized as a subject matter expert in one or more domains.
• Leads the design and deployment of complex, multi-workload solutions. Addresses complex challenges at scale, escalates appropriately, and drives best practices across the organization.
• Influences senior technical stakeholders and articulates business value. Aligns architecture with long‑term business objectives and mentors other team members to drive best practices.
• Drives strategic technology adoption aligned with the customer's core business goals. Proposes improvements and influences the customer's technology direction.
• Leverages knowledge of opportunity progression to assist in accurate pipeline and revenue forecasting. Is accountable for pipeline health and forecast accuracy for their assigned territory or accounts.
