Zone & Co is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our ZoneBilling team and build SuiteApps for NetSuite. You will write clean, scalable code, contribute to internal tooling, and help shape development practices across a fully remote, global engineering organization.

Candidates should have 5+ years of full-stack experience, NetSuite SuiteCloud familiarity, and a strong interest in fintech domains. We welcome proactive, curious engineers who thrive in distributed teams and enjoy modern

Formación

• 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of billing/revenue in fintech or willingness to learn the domain.
• Experience with remote, distributed teams and modern tooling (Git, CI/CD, automated testing).
• Demonstrable experience with NetSuite SuiteCloud development.
• Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, OOP, SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and general web development fundamentals.
• Experience with Node.js or Java is a bonus.
• Experience with ERP/HRIS/Payroll/Finance/CRM systems is desirable.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—proactive, curious, and ready to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Leverage our proprietary SDK—built on top of NetSuite and enhanced with TypeScript, linting, automated testing, and documentation generation.
• Design and execute test cases to ensure feature reliability and performance.
• Write and maintain unit tests to validate functionality and prevent regressions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve bugs in existing functionality.
• Partner with our principal architect, other engineers, product managers, and QA to define and refine features.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of learning and improvement.
• Share development best practices and tools across teams.
• Document systems, architecture, and features clearly.
• Stay current with new tools and techniques, and suggest improvements to development processes.
