Job summary

Reap is seeking a Senior Software Engineer on the Account Onboarding & Management (AOM) team. You will own the full development lifecycle for scalable features, partnering with product, design, and other engineers to deliver customer-centric fintech solutions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in full-stack roles, strong React/TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS experience. You will help maintain modern stacks, improve reliability, and contribute to hiring efforts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong React.js and TypeScript skills.
• Experience with AWS, serverless architectures and modern cloud services.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications in AWS.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers from concept to deployment.
• Keep tech stack current with industry trends and technologies.
• Improve observability with tests, metrics, and incident learning.
• Contribute to team growth via resume screening and interviews.
