SAMY is seeking a senior developer/architect to lead development and QA teams, oversee a large-scale digital platform modernization on a headless Next.js + CMS stack migrating to Vercel. You will work with client leadership and an implementation partner to guide architecture decisions in real time.

The role requires 7+ years in full-stack or architecture roles, strong leadership, and experience with cloud/edge migrations. Hybrid work and global mobility are offered.

Formación

• 7+ years in full-stack or software architecture roles.
• Experience leading development and QA teams and setting standards.
• Strong planning, tracking, risk management, and stakeholder comms.
• Familiarity with QA, performance, observability, and security/privacy.
• Experience migrating high-traffic systems in cloud/edge environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and QA teams across the full engagement and set technical quality bars.
• Own project management: plan, timeline, risks, and weekly status to stakeholders.
• Direct QA and acceptance for migration builds and ensure sign-off.
• Define performance budgets and validate against simulated peak traffic.
• Set up observability tooling and monitor uptime and errors.
• Oversee disaster-recovery design and testing for new topology.
• Assist cost modeling for Vercel usage and scalability.
• Co-lead security/privacy validation with client stakeholders (OneTrust, GDPR/CCPA).
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams on caching correctness and optimization.
• Translate architecture tradeoffs to business terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Act as technical point of contact with client-side engineering and product leadership.
