Job summary

Source Meridian is seeking a Data Architect (Snowflake Solutions Architect) to design and own a modern data ecosystem. You will lead end-to-end Snowflake solutions, shaping architecture, standards, and roadmap while collaborating with engineering, analytics, data science and product teams to enable scale, reliability, and innovation.

The role emphasizes hands-on Snowflake design, data modeling, ingestion, and governance, with exposure to leading tools like dbt, Airflow, and Fivetran within

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data architecture and data engineering with at least 3 years hands-on Snowflake experience.
• Deep Snowflake features expertise: Warehouses, Streams/Tasks, Time Travel, RBAC, Clustering, Stages.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with Azure and modern ELT tooling.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end data solutions leveraging Snowflake (data modeling, ingestion, transformation, security, performance).
• Define data platform roadmap, standards, and best practices for a lean, high-ownership team.
• Partner with data engineers, analytics engineers, data scientists and business groups to translate requirements into scalable Snowflake solutions.
