BairesDev is seeking a Scrum Master to lead Lean-Agile practices across distributed teams. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, and help remove bottlenecks to ensure smooth delivery of complex programs.

Formación

• Proven experience in senior Scrum Master or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist teams in Agile ceremonies and program/solution Kanban planning.
• Coach teams in Lean-Agile mindset and practices.
• Support resourcing to address bottlenecks and dependencies.
• Foster collaboration between teams and architects/engineering.
• Coordinate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align strategy and execution.
• Improve value flow through the delivery pipeline and DevOps practices.
• Facilitate System and Solution Demos.

What You’ll Do:

- Assist the team in preparation of ART and Solution Train using various tools, such as the Program and Solution Kanbans and other information radiators.
- Coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
- Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
- Encourage the collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering.
- Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
- Improve the flow of value through value streams using the Continuous.
- Delivery Pipeline and DevOps.
- Facilitate System Demos and Solution Demos.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- Solid experience in similar roles.
- Use of agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Certifications chords (desirable).
- Advanced English level.
