BairesDev is seeking a Senior Scrum Master for Cybersecurity to champion Agile practices in a security engineering setting. You will guide cross-functional teams toward optimized delivery pipelines, ensuring security initiatives progress smoothly with minimal friction.

With 5+ years in Scrum Master roles and strong facilitation skills, you will manage backlogs, tracking metrics, and risks, while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in cybersecurity or security engineering environments.
• Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum facilitation and coaching cross-functional teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with backlog management, tracking delivery metrics, and managing risks and impediments.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate essential Scrum ceremonies, tailoring agile practices to the unique demands of a security engineering environment.
• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams to increase maturity, collaboration, and self-organization.
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate operational risks and impediments to keep sprints moving efficiently.
• Support backlog refinement and manage key delivery metrics to ensure high-quality and predictable software increments.
• Foster transparent and continuous communication across technical teams and business stakeholders.
