Job summary
BairesDev is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to drive supply chain and cloud-native security across hundreds of services. You will design hardened container images and secure Kubernetes workloads, building Go-based security automation, and work directly with engineering teams through Git PR workflows, actively committing patches rather than just flagging issues.
In this remote role you will triage vulnerabilities (SCA/SAST/DAST), harden CI/CD pipelines and IaC templates, and apply AI-assisted
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering with a security focus
- Strong Go proficiency for security tooling
- Experience securing containers and Kubernetes
- Experience with SCA, SAST, DAST and patch triage
- Terraform and AWS cloud security experience
- Advanced English
Responsibilities
- Design hardened container base images and secure Kubernetes workloads.
- Build Go-based security automation tooling.
- Drive vulnerability remediation with Git PR workflows and patch commits.
- Perform SCA, SAST, DAST triage from discovery to patch.
- Harden CI/CD pipelines, IaC templates, and Helm charts against supply chain risks.
