BairesDev is seeking a Senior Security Automation Engineer to drive security controls and threat modeling across our engineering ecosystem, embedding scalable defenses and monitoring throughout the development lifecycle.

You will design and maintain automated security testing, perform threat modeling, oversee vulnerability management, and implement identity and encryption standards. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours and a global, diverse team.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Security Engineering or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Python and building security automation workflows.
• Experience with threat modeling, vulnerability management, and secure SDLC.
• Solid understanding of cloud and container security, IAM, and encryption.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain automated security testing and monitoring workflows.
• Perform threat modeling and security architecture assessments to identify risks.
• Oversee vulnerability management and secure SDLC processes.
• Implement platform security measures, including IAM and encryption standards.
• Develop automated systems to detect, triage, and respond to security incidents in real time.
