Job summary

HH Global Group is seeking an Information Security Architect to lead the design and delivery of secure solutions across the organisation’s infrastructure. You will serve as a subject matter expert on complex security projects, ensuring architectures are secure by design and aligned with risk appetite and strategic security vision.

The role emphasizes driving designs for ZTNA, PIM/PAM, Passwordless Authentication, DLP, and CASB while acting as an ISR resource for IT projects and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience in information security architecture with complex projects.
• Expertise in ZTNA, PIM/PAM, Passwordless, DLP, and CASB.
• Knowledge of Microsoft security technologies (Entra ID, Defender, Purview) and Azure networking controls.
• Knowledge of DSPM, CSPM, and AI security and governance.
• Experience conducting security risk assessments and ISR reviews for IT projects.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 5+ years information/cyber security experience, with 2+ years architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and design for strategic projects (ZTNA, PIM/PAM, Passwordless, CASB).
• Define governance controls for cloud, data, and AI platforms (CSPM, DSPM, AI DSPM).
• Ensure logging/telemetry into SIEM and alignment with SOC requirements.
• Architect security controls on Microsoft stack and other platforms (AWS, Google Workspace).
• Evaluate and set baselines for new security technologies; align with best practices.
• Lead secure adoption and governance of AI/Generative AI technologies with regulatory compliance.
• Produce architecture documentation including ADRs and technical standards.
• Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and engineering to translate security requirements into deliverables.
• Provide expert guidance on cloud security architecture (Azure / Microsoft 365 ecosystem).
